If you cancel any
booking within a seven (7) working day period we will issue a full refund less a
5%* administration
charge.
Requests for a refund more than six (6) weeks before the event will be paid less
a 20%*cancellation
charge.
Requests for a refund between six (6) and four (4) weeks prior to the event will
be paid less a 50%* cancellation
charge.
No refunds will be given less than four (4) weeks prior to the event.
The deposit can be used for a different guest(s) or event if we are notified
eight (8) weeks before the event date.
* This
percentage relates to the FULL cost of the event.
If you cannot attend an event then please contact us as soon as possible, even
if it is less than four weeks so that our staff know you will not be attending,
thank you.
